              How long for wedding orders?

              Our workshop completes wedding pieces in 2 to 4 business days. Standard shipping adds 3 to 7 business days, for a total of 5 to 11 business days from the day you order. For peak wedding months (June, July, August, September), we recommend ordering at least 3 to 4 weeks ahead. Free US shipping on orders $75 and over.               Can I order for my specific wedding date?

              Yes. To guarantee your piece arrives before your wedding, please order at least 16 business days before the date. If your wedding is closer than that, email cs@ottermia.com with the date before you place the order. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it, and we will not take the order if we cannot deliver on time.

              Production: 3–5 business days. US shipping: 7–12 days (standard) or 5–8 days (express). International: 10–20 days.

              Tracking?
              You'll get a tracking email once it ships. Allow 24–48 hours for it to update. Didn't get it? Email us at cs@ottermia.com.

              International?
              Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders take 10–20 business days after production.

              What if my order is damaged?

              Can I return my order?
              Since everything is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please double-check before ordering!

              Item arrived damaged or wrong?
              We've got you. Snap a photo, email us at cs@ottermia.com within 30 days, and we'll send a replacement or refund - no need to ship anything back.

              How long do refunds take?
              PayPal: 1 business day. Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days.
